[Importing Data](https://help.reunioninfra.com/importing-data?hsLang=en) # Data Ingestion Guidelines for Reunion PWA Compliance ## Reunion supports multiple pathways for getting your payroll and labor data into the PWA Compliance platform. To ensure accurate ingestion and timely processing, please follow the guidelines below. ### **Supported Methods of Data Ingestion** #### **1. Direct Data Entry** You may enter payroll and labor details directly into the platform. This is the most flexible option and requires no special formatting. CSV Upload** The following data can be ingested in bulk via our CSV templates: - Contractors - Contracts - Employees w/DOL work classifications - Weekly Pay - Daily Hours We accept CSV uploads **only when they follow Reunion’s required template/format**. Please download the correct template before preparing your data. - CSVs **must match the Reunion CSV template exactly**, including column order and headers. - CSVs that **do not follow the template cannot be ingested** and will be rejected. - Names of employees, projects/contracts, and contractors **must match exactly** as they are named in the portfolio. Automated PDF Scraping (Tier 3 Customers Only)** Tier 3 customers may opt in to automated ingestion from payroll report PDFs. We can ingest PDFs **only** if they meet *all* of the following criteria: - Must be in **WH-47 or WHD payroll report format** - **Scanned copies, images, or non-machine-readable PDFs cannot be processed** - PDFs that are modified, reformatted, or exported from unsupported systems may not parse correctly **Note:** Automated PDF parsing requires additional processing time. Large volumes of PDF payroll reports or complex files may take longer to ingest as our team ensures accuracy and data quality. If you plan to submit a significant number of PDFs, please allow extra time for processing. --- #### **Unsupported File Types or Formats** To maintain data integrity, Reunion **cannot ingest**: - CSVs that are **not in Reunion’s required template** - PDFs that are **scanned, flattened, photographed, or not in WH-47/WHD format** - Any additional file types not listed as supported --- #### **Need Assistance?** If you aren’t sure whether your files meet these requirements, we’re here to help.
