Find the Right Work Classifications for Bulk Employee Uploads
If you are uploading a bulk list of employees using our Employees CSV template, you will need the right Job Type ID that our system corresponds to a specific work classification in your project's county.
Use this workflow to quickly locate the Job Type ID you’ll need when uploading new employees via CSV. You can also export a list of all applicable DOL work classifications.1. Navigate to the Reunion PWA Dashboard

2. Click on “CSV Upload” in the side navigation
This is where you’ll upload or prepare your employee CSVs.

3. Under the Employees section, Click "Download Template”
This helps ensure formatting is correct for the upload.

4. Then click “Look Up Job Type ID”

5. Select the relevant Contractor
This filters the work classifications by company.

6. Select the Contract tied to the project

7. Choose the Construction Type
This ensures you’re looking at relevant wage rates and classifications.

8. Click into the "Search work classifications..." field
You can scroll or start typing to filter the list.

9. View Applicable Work Classifications for Your Contract
You can access the Job Type IDs you need in two ways:
1. Search and Select – Use the search bar to find specific work classifications. Click a classification to automatically copy its Job Type ID.

2. Download All Classifications – Click "Download Classifications CSV" to export a file containing all applicable DOL work classifications for your contract. This CSV includes detailed DOL/SAM.gov information and the Job Type IDs required for uploading employees via the Employees CSV in Reunion.
