[Account Management](https://help.reunioninfra.com/account-management?hsLang=en) # Why some records are read-only ## When Reunion manages your PWA data, your account or a project can be set to read-only. Here is what you can still do and how to request changes. When Reunion's team handles PWA data ingestion for your company, Reunion can set your whole account, or individual projects, to read-only. This keeps the data Reunion has cleaned and loaded from being changed by mistake. ### What you can still do - View the dashboard, payroll reports, penalties and every other page. - Generate and download reports, and export data. ### What is turned off Adding, editing, uploading, syncing and deleting are turned off for anything in a read-only account or project. This covers payroll reports, employees, contractors, contracts, apprentice programs, good faith efforts, cure payments, uploads, integrations and settings. Buttons for these actions are hidden or disabled. If your whole account is read-only, a banner at the top of the PWA pages says that Reunion manages your data. If only certain projects are read-only, those projects are disabled in pickers, and an upload that includes a read-only project is rejected with a message explaining why. ### How to request a change Contact your Reunion customer success manager, or submit a support ticket, with the change you need. Reunion's team will make it for you.
