[Importing Data](https://help.reunioninfra.com/importing-data?hsLang=en) # Resolving a payroll report flagged as possibly deleted (LCP) ## What the Action needed badge means on an LCP-synced payroll report, and how to keep or delete the report. LCP does not tell Reunion when a payroll report is deleted on their side. It stops sending that report's rows. When a sync no longer includes a report that Reunion already has, Reunion keeps the report and marks it Action needed instead of deleting it, because missing rows can also come from a sync error. The Action needed status shows on the Payroll Reports page and carries through to the dashboard. ### How to resolve it 1. Go to Payroll Reports and find the report marked Action needed. 2. Hover over the Action needed badge. The tooltip explains that the report may have been deleted in LCP and was not found in the latest sync. 3. Check LCP for that week. If the report still exists there and should stay in Reunion, click Dismiss warning. The badge clears and the report is treated like any other report. 4. If the report was deleted in LCP, click Delete payroll report and confirm in the delete dialog.
