      Using LCP Tracker CSVs to Bulk Upload Data into Reunion

      Step-by-step guide to exporting LCP Tracker reports and providing them to Reunion for instant payroll and wage data conversion.

      Using the LCP Tracker Data Converter for CSV Uploads

      Reunion now supports direct conversion of LCP Tracker Pro payroll exports into the format required for PWA compliance.

      With this feature, we can upload your LCP Tracker payroll CSV file, and we’ll automatically convert it into:

      • Contractors CSV

      • Contracts CSV

      • Employees CSV

      • Weekly Payroll CSV

      • Daily Hours CSV

      Step 1: Export the Daily Payroll with Detailed Totals Report

      1. In LCP Tracker Pro, go to the Reports tab.

      2. Under IRA Reports, select Daily Payroll with Detailed Totals – IRA.

      3. Choose the Department, Jurisdiction, Status, Project, and Location that match your project in the Reunion platform.

      4. Select all Contractors and all Crafts available for the project.

      5. Set the date range to capture the entire project duration.

      6. Click View Report.

      7. Click the Save/Export icon above the table.

      8. Choose CSV as your export format and save the file.

      Step 2: Export the Project Wage Data Report

      1. In LCP Tracker Pro, go to the Reports tab.

      2. Under Management Reports, select Project Wage Data Report (Export).

      3. Choose the Department, Jurisdiction, Status, Project, and Location that match your project in the Reunion platform.

      4. Select all Construction Types and all Crafts.

      5. Click View Report.

      6. Click the Save/Export icon above the table.

      7. Choose CSV as your export format and save the file.
