How to Add an Apprentice Program in Reunion

Use this step-by-step guide to add a registered apprenticeship program in your Reunion portfolio. Note: If your program includes multiple apprentice work classifications, you will need to create a separate apprenticeship program for each one.

1. Navigate to "Apprenticeship Programs" in your Reunion portfolio

2. Click "Add apprentice program"

3. Enter the program name

4. Add the Contractor for the program

5. Add the Contract & Project

6. Select the Construction Type

7. Add the Work Classification

Step 7


 

8. Upload Apprenticeship Program documentation

9. Adjust the Apprentice to Journeyworker ratio type, if needed

10. Input the defined ratio from the program

Step 10


 

11. Select the Apprentice Wage Type

Step 11


 

12. If using "% of journeyworker wage", add the required %

Step 12


 

13. Then, enter the journeyworker wage rate

Step 13


 

14. If using "Wage Schedule", upload the schedule

Step 14

15. Click "Save" to complete the Apprenticeship Program
