Log in with your Reunion account and set up your initial contractors and contractors
Logging in
You should have received an account invitation email from your Reunion Customer Success Manager. If you did not, please let us know.

Click the "Login" button in the email that you received. You will be prompted for your email address and your temporary password on the login form.
Enter the "temporary password" from the email you received in the "Password" field on the login form. After logging in, you will be prompted to set a new password for your account.

*Note: The temporary password will expire after 7 days. Please reach out to your Reunion Customer Success Manager if you need a new one.*
Creating your first contractor
After initially logging into Reunion, you will be taken to your "Home" page. The Home page lists any projects that you are currently associated with, along with recent updates to these projects, and any recently viewed projects. Click the "PWA Compliance" navigation item in the nav bar at the top of the screen.
Once within the "PWA Compliance" section of the application, you will first see the "PWA Compliance Dashboard". You will likely see no projects initially. Projects will only show on your dashboard once they have been associated with at least one Contract.
Navigate to the "Contractors" tab and click the "Add contractor" button in the top right of the screen. You will be presented with a popup that prompts you for the name of your contractor and their address information (if you don't know the contractor's address information off the top of your head, you can leave it blank for now and come back to it later).
We recommend creating the EPC for your most imminent project first.

After you've added all EPCs and subcontractors to the Contractors page (don't worry you can always come back and add more later), you're ready to move on to creating your first contract!
If you have many EPCs/Subcontractors working on your projects, adding them manually one by one may not be feasible. In this case, please utilize the CSV upload tool which allows you to import large numbers of contractors via CSV.
Creating your first contract
After you've added your initial contractors to the "Contractors" page, you're ready to create your first Contract. Navigate to the "Contracts" page and click the "Add contract" button in the top right of the screen.

When creating a new contract, the following attributes will appear in the popup.
Contract name
Give your contract a unique name that will help you and your team identify the project and EPC that this contract applies to.
Contract type
Select from "Construction" or "Operations and Maintenance". If the contract pertains to the construction phase of a project, choose Construction. Otherwise, if the contract pertains to the post-construction Operations and Maintenance phase of a project, select that option.
Prime contractor (EPC)
Select the prime contractor (or EPC) that is performing work on the project under this contract.
Subcontractors
Select any subcontractors that the prime contractor will be utilizing on the project. If you don't know them all right now, that's okay. You (or your EPC) can always add in additional subs on the Contractors page at a later date, and this contract can be edited to include those new subs.
Project
Select the project that this contract applies to.
If you do not the project that you are looking for in the dropdown, please let your Reunion Customer Success representative know so that we can add the project for you.
State / County
Select the state and county in which the work under this contract will be performed. The state and county combination allows Reunion to automatically select the correct Wage Determination to utilize for comparison of wages/fringes.
Contract execution date
Select the date that this contract (the contract with the EPC/Prime contractor) was executed. The contract execution date is utilized to determine the appropriate Wage Determination revision to utilize for comparison of wages/fringes.
Please be aware that once a payroll report is created and associated with this contract, the contract execution date cannot be changed.
Start of construction
Select the date that construction began on this project (you can always change this later). Setting the construction start and end date on the contract tells Reunion how many weeks should be accounted for when ensuring that we have collected all payroll reports for all contractors.
