Applying Supplemental Rates to an Employee

Once a supplemental wage determination is approved, apply it to the relevant employee so Reunion can compare it against payroll data the same way it would a regularly published determination, keeping 'conformed' roles accurately analyzed in your PWA reports.

Applying Supplemental Rates to an Employee

After the supplemental determination is created, you can assign it to the relevant employees.

  1. Navigate to the Employee Profile and open the Work classification editor.

  2. Locate the Construction type dropdown and select Custom Wage Determination.

  3. In the Work classification search bar, you will find all Supplemental Wage Determinations you created

  4. Select the correct classification to link it to the employee.

  5. Click Save changes.

Reminder: Always ensure the Date of Confirmation in your platform entry matches the date on your DOL approval letter, as this determines the effective date for the new wage rates.
